FAQ

1. Q: How many colors you can supply? 
A: We have standard colors in the color chart and it for the standard color or order in small qty request. The non standard colors. All the colors we can do or match your sample. The quickest way is to offer us the  RAL color code.

2. Q: Can you do OEM or ODM? 
A: If you want your own brand. We can supply also. 

3. Q: Whats the size you can supply? 
A: We have standard size the same as world popular size 1220 X 2440 mm. The special width we can supply also1500mm,1550mm,2000mm and so on.  The thickness from 2mm to 8mm. About length is customized.

4. Q: Whats the quantity one 20GP can load? 
A: Depends on the way of loading and specification of panel.
     If 1220*2440*4mm,one 20GP can load 3300m2 with wood packing. If without packing. We can load 4350m2. 
     It's not certain number,cause the aluminum thickness also affect.

5. Q: Whats the payment terms you can accept? 
A: 30% amount paid in advance and the remaining paid before shipment. Or full amount paid by irrevocable letter of credit at sight. 

6. Q: How long the protective film can be keep on the panels after install the panels? 
A: We suggest within 45 days after expose the protective film in the sunlight. 

7. Q: How to store the panels? 
A: Keep the panels in wind flew and dry area avoid water or wet area to touch the land directly. 

8. Q: Whats the point we have to pay attention when install the panels? 
A: A. The accessories should be specified by the reputable and qualified designer or engineers. 
B. Install the panels in one direction only. 
C. Panels span and frame spefication should be calculated by the structural engineers.

Aluminum brazing sheet is one of Trumony strong product.Brazing sheet is a special technology which we use hot rolling technology to roll different layer of aluminum together.Such as 4343/3003/4343 or 4045/3003/4045 or 4343/3003/7072.Outside layer 4343 will be melt under lower degree than 3003.So through brazing furnace,outside layer of 4343 will melt and 3003 can be welded together with attached material.

While 7072 is corrosion resistant purpose for longer shelf life of the aluminum sheet.
