Pipe Extrusion Line Application and Features:
1. Single screwextruder especially used for polyolefine material possess effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed.
2. The special detached type compounding screw an die head with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
3. Unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe with diameter from Φ50 to Φ200mm, production speed is up to 0.4-1.5m/min.
4. All kind of polyolefine material, multi-layers spiral strengthening pipe can be co-extruded, recycled materials can be used in production.
5. The pipe has charateristics of high intension, high toughness anti-corrosion, light weight, long life and no deformation.
6. It is widely used for agrcultural irrigation, protect the surface of cable and wire, drain and feed gas.
Delivery, payment and services

2.payment terms:30% for the prepayment by T/T and 70% for the downpayment by T/T before delivery or irrevocable L/C at sight can be available, too.

4.Guaranteed time: 18 months for the machenical parts and 12 months for the electrical parts.
5.Service: we will send 1-2 engineers to customers' factory to help them install, test the machine and also train their workers, but customers should bear the round tickets, accommodation, and salary etc.
