This series plastic PP PE bottle washing line is mainly used to recycling HDPE/LDPE/PP Bottles and buckets,hollow container and so on.

The plastic PP PE recycling line can easily remove the labels, caps, rings, glue, dirties and otherimpurities, finally you will get ideal PP PE flakes.

High Speed Plastic Crusher

Function:

1.This machine can crush different type of waste rigid PP PE material .

2. Plastic crusher will work with water spraying on the top. .

3.Use the big roller bearing ensure its long time.Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.

4. The hopper of crusher open ways is by hydraulic.

Hot Washing Tank

Function:

1.with hot water washing to remove oil/glue and other dirty from the flakes .

2.The tank made with insulation layer to save energy.

3.Feeding caustic soda/detergent to washing. 4.Its better Heating by steam, can buy a steam boiler to produce the steam, the boiler can heating up by gas/diesel/petrol/LPG.

High speed friction washer

Function:

1. This machine is mainly used to wash send the plastic flakes to next step.

2. Up and down both mounted with bearing design.

Vertical dewater machine

Function:

This machine is used to use high speed centrifugal to dry different type material.

The machine with rotary paddle is changeable.

The rotary speed is 2200rpm.
