The three-layer co-extruded super silent tube is a kind of pipe which is made of modified PP with recyclable inner and outer layers and special viscoelastic material in the middle layer. It is extruded by three extruders. This kind of pipe has good impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and heat resistance. In particular, the unique intermediate materials, with excellent sound insulation, sound absorption and vibration buffering functions. Compared with metal pipe and solid wall plastic pipe it can reduce the noise of 15-20 dB (A) and has the advantages of light weight and convenient construction. So far it is one of the most ideal construction drainage pipes.
Inner Layer: material: PP/PE, Resistance to high temperature +90; resistance to chemical agents; smooth surface.
Middle layer: material: PPM/Mineral, Reinforcement with minerals; noise reduction; high stiffness; reduce cost.
Outer layer: material:PP/PE, High impact resistance; resistance to severe weather conditions; smooth surface.
